What are your restaurant hours?

DINNER

Sunday–Thursday | 5:00pm–10pm (Reservation takes from 5:00pm–8pm)

Friday–Saturday | 5:00pm - 11pm (Reservations taken from 5:00pm–9pm)

BRUNCH

Saturday–Sunday | 11am - 3pm (Reservations taken from 11am–2pm)

When can we have a private event? Anytime with F&B minimum?

For groups of 20 + we do require a food and beverage minimum spend to reserve a table or section for up to 3 hours.

Is the restaurant or the reserved sections completely private?

With a full buyout you will be the only guest at the restaurant so it will be private for your event. If you are just reserving a section, you will still be able to see/hear other patrons in the restaurant.

What is the F&B minimum spending required for a group of 20 +?

The F&B minimum ranges from $1,300 and up, + 15% facility fee & 9.5% sales tax and up. The price depends on the size of the party and the space/setup that is required.

What menus are provided for large parties?

FOTH group dinner menu for dinner, FOTH brunch buffet(in garden section only) for brunch. 

How many guests can the restaurant accommodate?

120.

Can we bring in a cake?

Yes, however if we cut and serve the cake a $4.50++ per person fee will apply.

Can we bring décor?

Yes, minimal décor is allowed. Some larger decor and vendors may be required to provide a COI.

What is considered a buyout of the restaurant and what is the cost for the buyout?

Approximately 80-120 will require a full buyout. Depending on the day of the week, the food and beverage minimum spend for a buyout range from $8,000-12,000+ 25% facility fee and 9.50% sales tax. Setup fee may apply.

Can dance floors be setup?

Yes in our Sierra Garden section.

Do you allow music, until what time?

Yes for full buyouts until 10pm.

What is the protocol for inclement weather?

Based on availability we will offer a banquet room inside the hotel or move you to another available date.
